When conducting our services we prepare and thorough assessment of the property which includes evaluating the condition of the current paint, identifying areas needing repair or preparation and discussing color options.
Detailed Company Proposal
Once the project has been assessed to the Manager or Owner, Enterprise Coating Inc will provide a detailed proposal outlined with a scope of work timeline of the project duration and the total price per completion.
Surface Preparation and Treatment
We emphasize a thorough surface preparation that involves cleaning surfaces, scraping old paint, filling cracks or holes and priming surfaces as needed. A careful preparation ensures smooth a durable finish.
Top-Quality Paint & Material
Enterprise Coatings Inc uses High-Quality lasting paint that will offer superior color treatment ensuring that the finish remains vibrant over time, resistance to fading, cracking, peeling paint and moisture deterioration.
Project Clean-Up & Final Inspection
Our clean-up process consists of removing painters’ tape, drop cloths, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly stored and removed from the site to accommodate your tenants’ new and improved building. Last is a final inspection process for the customer to review the painted surfaces per their satisfaction.
