Our Condominium Painting Procedures
Building Preparation
We inform residents about the painting schedule and any necessary preparations they need to make. Then assess the condition of walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to be painted, including repairs, cracks, holes or damage.
Surface Preparation
Clean all surfaces by including walls and ceilings thoroughly to remove dirt, grease and other contaminants. This ensures better adhesion of the paint. Sanding all rough areas and remove old paint flakes using sandpaper or a scrapper.
Painting
Depending on the paint type and color multiple coats may be necessary for a consistent finish. We apply paint by using a roller or paint sprayer for efficiency or even coverage.
Completion & Post Painting Protocol
Once the paint has dried completely a final inspection will be conducted and the owner or manager will be invited to ensure quality standards are met and residents are satisfied with the work. We inform all residents that it is safe to move all furniture back and resume normal activities.
By following these steps, we guarantee that your next condominium project will be completed efficiently and to a high standard by Enterprise Coatings Inc.
